Tickets once booked are generally non-cancellable unless explicitly stated for a particular event. Users are advised to review event details carefully before completing the purchase.
In case an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, refund or rescheduling options will be communicated to customers as per organizer policy.
If a payment is deducted but ticket confirmation is not received, users must contact support with payment proof. Such cases are resolved after verification.
Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 7 working days, depending on bank or UPI processing timelines.
Refunds, where applicable, will be initiated to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Convenience fees, platform fees, or service charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
