This Payment Policy explains how payments are initiated, processed, and verified on our event ticket booking platform.

1. Payment Methods

We accept payments primarily through UPI-based methods, including QR code and UPI intent payments supported by compatible UPI applications.

3. Expired or Cancelled Payments

Once a payment QR code or UPI request expires or is cancelled, users must not attempt payment using the same QR or link. A new payment request must be generated for further transactions.

4. Payment Confirmation

Ticket confirmation is subject to successful payment verification. In some cases, verification may take a few minutes due to network or banking delays.

5. Failed, Pending, or On-Hold Payments

All transactions are monitored in real time to ensure accuracy and prevent misuse or fraud. Reasonable security practices are followed to protect user and transaction data.

7. No Financial Data Storage

We do not store sensitive financial information such as UPI PINs, bank account details, debit or credit card numbers, or OTPs at any point during the payment process.

8. Platform Role

We operate as a payment facilitation and ticketing platform and are not a licensed bank, payment aggregator, or financial institution.

9. Payment Disputes

Any payment-related disputes must be reported to our support team within a reasonable time frame along with valid transaction details for resolution.
